This 60 minute class begins with a breath awareness practice followed by a series of passively held yin postures. Practice will conclude with a brief meditation period.
Having a meditation practice leads us to living our lives with equanimity. When we meditate while being mindful we focus our attention with full awareness of the present moment.
This practice is a mental training that will help you relax, calming your mind and body. I will guide you through each meditation session building on the methods of mindfulness. The benefits of this meditation practice allow you to live your life in a positive light and in the present moment.
